Vendor Relations Guide - Guidelines & Procedures for Vendor Representatives Welcome! We at Olathe Medical Center are happy that you have taken the time and interest to contact us about providing products and services that may allow us to serve our patients and their families better. The purpose of this guide is to help you understand our Vendor Relations policy and procedures. We ask for your support in working within our guidelines and procedures. It is our intent to promote a positive win-win relationship with each Vendor partner. Our business together should be based on good business practices, high ethical standards and trust. We support the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct displayed in our Materials Management office. OMCI Employees Vendor Representatives are expected to conduct business in a positive manner within the guidelines of the OMCI policy, which is summarized in this guide. If any Vendor Representative seriously violates this policy or shows disrespect for any OMCI Employee, the Director, Materials Management may disbar a Vendor Representative and/or their entire company from doing future business with OMCI. We look forward to discussing opportunities that may be beneficial to your company and ours. We are focused on providing cost-effective, quality healthcare for our patients and we continually look for good Vendor partners who can help us with this goal. Thank you for your time and interest. |
