Olathe Health System offers numerous
opportunities for volunteers of all ages! As our campuses grow, so do the
programs and areas where volunteers make a difference - everyday. Our volunteers
put
in 4-hour shifts in numerous areas such as: information desks, gift shop,
mail and flower delivery, outpatient admitting, Emergency Care Center, Surgery
Family
Room, administration offices and the Charitable Foundation.
Junior Volunteers
Our Junior Volunteer program offers an excellent opportunity for 14-18
year olds to explore opportunities in a health care setting during the summer
months. If you are interested in pursuing a career in the medical field,
this is a great place to learn about the numerous career choices available
to you. Even if your plans do not include a career in healthcare, Olathe
Medical Center may still be the place for you. We have many departments,
not directly involved in patient care, that are dedicated to managing the
