The staff has been educated to care for the renal failure patients requiring dialysis. 4 North has a shorter patient stay of 1.5 to 2 days. Patient needs are primarily cardiac related. Telemetry monitored care in conjunction with the Kansas Cardiovascular Center and the Emergency Care Center is our focus. The staff expertise in the cardiac field includes post-procedure heart attack patients as well as heart failure, pacemaker and arrhythmia patients. Nurses who do not have a telemetry background find this system one of the best for learning.
Kansas Cardiovascular Center – Lucretia Craig, RN, Director We provide easy access to excellent cardiovascular care.
