What is the Health Access Network
The Health Access network is a provider sponsored organization (PSO) owned by Olathe Medical Center, Inc. We have a formal relationship, or contract, with hospitals, physicians and other health care providers throughout the region. These health care providers offer special rates to Health Access patients.

Advantages of choosing the Health Access Network
With the Health Access network, you have the freedom to choose your own doctor and hospital, but by choosing a network provider, you can maximize your benefits.
The Health Access network of providers has teamed up with the Freedom Network Select to offer the Olathe Health System employees a broad range of providers to choose from. In order to maximize your benefits, you will want to select from the Health Access network of providers first and the Freedom Network Select second. By making your selection in this order, you will maximize your benefits and pay less out of pocket.
How to use the Health Access Network Plan
It's as easy as 1-2-3!
- Check to see if the Health Access logo is imprinted on your health plan card.
- When you need to make an appointment with a physician or other provider, call one listed in this directory.
-Always ask if the practitioner is currently a participating provider in the Health Access network prior to making your appointment. To verify the participation status of a practitioner, you may also call the Health Access Customer Service Department at (913) 791-3500 ext. 4036.
-If you are looking for the name of a particular provider, you may refer to the specialty section in this directory. Providers are listed alphabetically by name under their specialty. Please note: this network is location sensitive. A physician is not necessarily an in-network provider at all of his/her practice locations.
-If you need additional services, tell your doctor that you would like to be referred to another Health Access hospital or physician.
- When you go to a Health Access network physician or hospital, show your health plan card so the provider will know you are a Health Access member. Their billing office will file the claim for you.
