The EPOCH Group, LC (800-255-6065) must be notified within 48 hours of an emergency admission. Non-emergency Mental Health / Substance Abuse care within the service area must be authorized by New Directions providers or no benefits exist (and patient may not be entitled to all coverage indicated). |
