A Tradition of Caring

To hear for the first time that you have a potentially life-threatening cardiac condition is a frightening experience. But at Olathe Medical Center’s Kansas Cardiovascular Center, a family of caregivers will make you and your loved ones confident that the cardiac care you receive is second to none.

Our nurses and support staff are qualified health care professionals who are exceptionally friendly and always available to answer your questions. Our cardiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons are among the best in the region, but they’re also down to earth and approachable. They take time to explain your treatment plan so you know what to expect at every turn.

The specialists at the Kansas Cardiovascular Center are renowned for their expertise and experience. They use the most precise and cutting-edge technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease and stroke.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Center at Olathe Medical Center is a fun place where serious business is conducted. Participants come to the program from all over the region. They suffer from cardiac and pulmonary conditions and have undergone a variety of procedures. Three phases are offered to meet several goals. Patients are taught to look for the signs and symptoms of exercise intolerance as well as learning correct exercising techniques. Weekly informational sessions are held on topics including pharmacology, emotional and spiritual awareness, stress management, weight training and others relating to acceptance and recovery.

We’re proud of our specialists and our facility, but they are only part of the story behind the Kansas Cardiovascular Center. How we use these resources to better your life and the lives of your loved ones is what we’re all about.
